Our volunteer caregivers come from diverse backgrounds from catering to engineering, financial consulting to stay at home mother. You see:

• Our volunteers don’t work alone

• We pair up volunteers without caregiving experience with those who do

• Our volunteers aren’t expected to do anything that they aren’t comfortable or confident with

• Inhora offers training, shadowing, and mentoring opportunities

• Volunteers are encouraged to speak up and improve processes (anonymously or otherwise)
